Exterior:
The paint is original, and it is in fair to good condition. The areas around the cowl are starting to show some wear with chipping. The leading edges above the TKS strips are showing some chipping as well. The aircraft is getting close to needing paint but there is still some life in the original paint.
Interior:
The interior is original, but it is in great condition! There are no rips or tears. The carpet has just normal staining but overall looks great!
Ownership History:
We purchased this aircraft from a gentleman here in central Indiana. He had owned the plane for close to twenty years! He used it for business travel and has flown all over the United States in it. His flying had slowed down and he did not want the airplane to sit so he decided to sell.
Damage History:
No Known or Documented Damage History
Maintenance History:
Complete and Well Organized Since New
In-flight Report:
“This is one of the better equipped Bonanzas I have flown with regards to the TKS and tip tanks. The autopilot worked well, and the GPS worked great when I did a practice RNAV approach into Kokomo. I wish I was able to fly the plane longer than my short trip back.” Jon, Pilot
